Investment criteria
Momentum’s priority is long-term value creation. Our investments meet the following criteria:
Focused on realising sustainable, social value; focused on solving major problems to improve markets for generations to come.
Investment horizon of at least 6 years, often longer.
A (potential) market leader or a strong, competitive position in their market.
Ambition to grow and operate internationally.
Initial investment of €5 million to €100 million, for acquiring equity or setting up a company.
